PRIVACY POLICY

Your words stay

Monad Archive is designed so that a personal intention can become a private artifact without becoming public personal information.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Monad Archive handles information when you use the site, create an intention, verify an email, pay for an artifact, access your collection, or choose an optional sharing feature. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information we process

To provide the service, we may process the email address used to access your collection; the intention you submit; the resulting symbol and its construction record; and limited order information such as a payment reference, amount, payment status, and the email used at checkout.

Card, UPI, and bank credentials are processed by the payment provider, not stored by Monad Archive. We do not ask you to send those details by email.

3. How we use this information

We use your information to create and deliver your artifact, verify access to your collection, confirm payment, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Your original intention is not displayed in the public Human Map.

4. The Human Map

The Human Map is designed as an aggregate view of broad meaning themes such as security, care, peace, creation, or purpose. It is not a directory of people, artifacts, or private wishes.

The public map is designed to receive only a bounded, group-level aggregate. It does not publish original intention text, email addresses, account IDs, personal symbols, individual positions, raw semantic records, or a record-by-record timeline. It remains empty until the privacy threshold for an approved aggregate is met.

5. Optional social-media promotion

Monad Archive may invite you to opt in to let us feature your symbol and a high-level, derived meaning label or short editorial description in our social media, website, or promotional material. This permission is optional and is not required to create, buy, access, or keep your artifact.

We will use promotional material only after clear affirmative permission for that purpose. We will never publish your name, email address, original intention, account details, payment information, or other directly identifying context alongside the promoted symbol or meaning.

A symbol is visually distinctive, so someone who already knows your symbol could recognise it. Do not opt in if that possibility concerns you. You may withdraw promotion permission for future use by emailing us. We will stop future use within a reasonable time; removal of content already reposted, cached, or independently shared by third parties may not be fully within our control.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your collection and its related records while they are needed to provide access, support a purchase, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account-associated artifact data by emailing us. Some payment or fraud-prevention records may need to be retained where required by law.

7. Security and your choices

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security, so keep your email account and one-time codes secure. You may ask us about the information associated with your account, correct an error, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw optional promotional consent.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our service, practices, or legal requirements change. The date above shows when it was last updated. For privacy questions, an access or deletion request, or to withdraw promotional consent, email monadarchive@hotmail.com.
