TERMS & CONDITIONS
A considered service.
Clear terms.
These terms explain what Monad Archive provides, how purchases work, and the responsibilities that come with using the service.
LAST UPDATED: 14 AUGUST 2026
1. The service
Monad Archive is a digital service that turns a written intention into a personal symbolic artifact. The paid service provides access to the completed artifact and the related archive record shown at checkout. It is a creative and reflective tool; it is not therapy, medical care, legal, financial, spiritual, or professional advice.
Symbols are personal visual records. We do not claim that a symbol changes external reality, guarantees an outcome, or replaces your judgment or care.
2. Accepting these terms
By using Monad Archive, submitting an intention, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the information presented to you before payment. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a purchase.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the service for someone else, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.
3. Your intention and account
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping access to your email address secure. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or confidential information that you do not have the right to share.
Your intention remains private to your account except where you expressly choose a feature that contributes anonymised, aggregate information to the Human Map. You must not try to access, copy, or interfere with another person's artifact or account.
4. Purchases and payment
The applicable price, currency, and taxes (if any) are displayed before you place an order. Payment is handled by Cashfree or another payment provider made available at checkout. Their terms and privacy practices also apply to the payment transaction.
An order is complete only after payment has been confirmed by the payment provider and Monad Archive. We may decline or reverse an order where payment is not authorised, appears fraudulent, is duplicated, or is required to be cancelled by law.
5. Digital delivery and access
After successful payment, the completed artifact is made available in the archive associated with the verified email used at checkout. Delivery depends on a working internet connection and access to that email address. Keep your sign-in code private.
We may make reasonable technical changes, maintenance updates, or security changes to the service. We will not deliberately alter the core identity of an already created artifact without a clear product reason or a legal requirement.
6. Ownership and permitted use
You may keep, download, display, and print your paid personal artifact for your own personal use. Monad Archive retains all rights in the service, brand, software, construction system, templates, and site content.
You may not resell the service, present the artifact as medical, financial, legal, or spiritual advice, use the brand without permission, or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or bypass the service or its security.
7. Availability and limits
We aim to keep Monad Archive available and accurate, but digital services can experience maintenance, provider failures, payment delays, or other interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without a promise of uninterrupted access or any particular personal result.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Ending access does not automatically create a right to a refund; see the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, law, or our practices change. The date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to future use.
Questions about these terms or a purchase can be sent to monadarchive@hotmail.com.
